As a member of various music projects, Birch is no stranger to Debacle Records, having released an album through the label as half of droning new age duo the Slaves and performing in multimedia project MSHR during Debacle Festival 2011. He's also released solo material using self-crafted electronics, as well as serving as part of the mysterious collective Oregon Painting Society.
